A) Privacy Policy:

As CureInTrip, we do our best to protect our users’ privacy to ensure they benefit from our services completely in full trust.

CureInTrip Privacy Policy ("Policy") is prepared to process the personal data of our members in complete accordance with Law no. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and to inform our users on this matter.

Main goal of this Policy is to determine the terms and conditions on the use of personal data shared by Platform members/visitors/users with CureInTrip while using www.cureintrip.com website or the mobile application (collectively, “Platform”) run by CureInTrip and/or the data created by CureInTrip while the Data Owner uses the Platform.

1. Data Processed by CureInTrip

Below, you can see which data are regarded as personal data by Law and proccessed by CureInTrip. Unless indicated otherwise, “personal data” expression used within the terms and conditions in this Policy will include these:

  • ID Details
  • Contact Details
  • User Details
  • User Operations Details
  • Financial Details

According to articles 3 and 7 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, data that was irreversibly anonymized will no longer be accepted as personal data and processing of such data will not be bound by this Policy terms and conditions.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

CureInTrip can process the personal data provided by the Data Owner for membership registration and account creation and keeping relevant records on these, to ensure the Data Owner can benefit from the services on the Platform and to determine and follow-up with any potential malfunctions of the system to improve the Platform, to provide maintenance/support/backup services in addition to have relevant business units work on necessary operations to ensure everyone can benefit from the products and services provided by CureInTrip and to carry out all related processes, to plan and execute activities to suggest certain services to certain users according to their likes, using habits and needs, to have relevant business units work on necessary operations to carry out commercial activities of CureInTrip and relevant business processes, to ensure CureInTrip’s and business partners’ legal, technical and commercial-business security and to plan all commercial and/or business strategies and execute the same for CureInTrip.

3. Personal Data to be Processed Upon Explicit Permit of Data Owners and Purposes of Processing These

Within the framework of the Data Owner’s explicit permit, CureInTrip will follow the Data Owners’ movements and processes data to improve user experience, create statistics, make profiling, direct and re-marketing, create promotions for Data Owner and communicate the same, and use them for all advertisement and material contents and will be able to share them with below parties.

4. Transferring of Personal Data:

CureInTrip can transfer the personal data of the Data Owner and new data created from these to third parties CureInTrip procures services from only with regards to the fulfilment of purposes given in Privacy Policy limited to the procurement of said services. CureInTrip can share personal data with third parties including SMS-senders, external service providers, hosting service providers, law offices, research companies, and call centers in order to develop Data Owners’ experience (including improvement and customization), to ensure Data Owners’ security, to determine fraudulent or unauthorized access, to research operational evaluation, to debug the Platform services, and any other purposes given in this Privacy Policy.

Personal data can be shared with CureInTrip authorities, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public organizations and institutions and legally authorized private organizations in accordance with articles 8 and 9 of the Law and can be transferred abroad limited to these purposes in accordance with conditions of Article 9 of the Law and the regulations of Protection of Personal Data Committee.

5. Collection Method of Personal Data and its Legal Reason

Personal Data are collected on the Platform and in an electronic environment. Personal Data collected in accordance with the aforementioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred in accordance with articles 5 and 6 of the Law and for the purposes given in this Privacy Policy.

6. Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Data owners have below-listed rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

  • to be informed whether their data is being processed and to request information if it is processed,
  • to learn the purpose of any processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in compliance with that purpose, to be informed of any third parties, domestic or international, to whom the data is transferred,
  • to request adjustment if the personal data is processed incorrectly or in an incomplete manner, and to request for third parties to be notified of this adjustment,
  • to request deletion or disposal of personal data (even when the data is processed in line with the terms of relevant laws) after the reasons for processing the personal data disappear, and to request for third parties to be notified of this adjustment
  • to object to a finding against them as a result of analyzing and processing their personal data exclusively through automated systems, to request compensation if you suffer any loss should their personal data was unlawfully processed.

Claims and requests on the use of aforementioned rights can be communicated to us by the Data Owners via the methods given in the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by CureInTrip in accordance with Law no. 6698 given in www.CureInTrip.com website. CureInTrip will conclude all requests within 30 days. CureInTrip reserves the right to collect fees on the fare tariff determined by the Protection of Personal Data Committee (if any).

We use Cookies in CureInTrip platform, to show the visitors personal content and advertisements, to realize analytic activities within the website and to follow up with visitor using habits.

Said rights will be evaluated by CureInTrip within 30 (thirty) days of notification when submitted via the method defined in the Policy of Processing and Protecting Personal Data prepared by CureInTrip in compliance with Law no. 6698. Even though a fee would not be requested for the services, it reserves the right to request a fee determined by Protection of Personal data Committee.

Amendments in Consent and Privacy Policy

With the Privacy Policy (“Policy”), CureInTrip aims to provide detailed information on the use of Cookies and their purposes. In this regards, in case the Cookie Notification on the Platform is turned off and if the website is still being used, it would be accepted that the user agrees to the Cookie use. Users always reserve the right to change their cookie preferences.

CureInTrip has the right to amend Policy terms and conditions when deemed necessary. Updated Policy becomes valid as soon as it is published.
